Order Placement and Registration

  • The Customer can place an Order by completing the Order Form available on the Company’s website. Alternatively, the Customer may receive assistance from the Support Staff in placing the Order.
  • The Order Form outlines the delivery terms, scope of work, and specific details for the Order. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information in the form, or to the Support Staff if they are assisting with the completion of the form.
  • The Customer must register their profile with the Company, providing details such as name, email address, country of residence, and phone number. It is the Customer’s responsibility to update their profile if any information changes, or to inform the Support Staff of such changes.
  • The Customer is prohibited from creating multiple accounts under different names. They are expected to continue using the profile associated with their first Order. If the Company identifies a customer with multiple accounts, it reserves the right to merge them and update the account history accordingly.

Order Payment

  • Payment for the Product is determined based on the Company’s pricing structure and must be made in full upfront. The Company will only begin processing the Order once the payment has been received and authorized.
  • The Customer may request to pay in installments, provided the following conditions are met:
    • The total Order amount is $500 (USD) or more.
    • The first payment installment must be made immediately upon receiving the first payment link.
    • Company representatives reserve the right to deny an installment arrangement if it may interfere with the successful completion of the Order.
    • If payments are not made within the specified time frame, the Company reserves the right to pause the Order’s processing until the outstanding balance is settled.
  • Orders can be paid via Credit Card, Wire Transfer (which may take between 3 to 14 business days), and/or Personal Credit Balance.
If a transaction fails, the Customer should verify their card balance, check for any online purchase restrictions, and ensure the card is valid before reaching out to the Support Staff for assistance.

Discounts

  • The Company is committed to offering fair Promotional and Loyalty Program Discounts to all Customers.
  • Discount codes are valid only for Orders that total $25 or more.
  • The discount will be applied once the Customer enters the discount code in the ‘Discount Code’ field on the Order form.
  • The ‘First-Time Discount’ is a one-time offer and can only be used for the Customer’s initial Order.
  • Discounts can only be applied one at a time and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Customer’s Personal Credit Balance

  • The Personal Credit Balance serves as a payment method on the Company’s website. The Customer deposits funds into their account, which are then stored and available for use on future Orders.
  • Each credit is equivalent to $1.
  • Funds are transferred into the Credit Balance at the Customer’s approval, and once added, they are non-refundable and can only be applied to future Orders.

Order Process

  • Order Validation: The Company reserves the right to verify Order details after payment to ensure the information provided on the Order form matches the details supplied by the Customer. If there is a discrepancy, the Support Staff will reach out to the Customer for clarification.
  • Order Volume: As per the Company’s policy, Order volume is measured by word count. One page is considered 275 words (double-spaced) or 550 words (single-spaced).
  • Change of Order Details: The Customer may request changes to the scope of work by contacting the Support Staff. However, if the changes affect the urgency, complexity, or volume of the Order, an additional payment may be required.
  • Resources: If specific sources are required to complete the work, the Customer is responsible for uploading them when placing the Order. Late submission of sources may result in additional time needed to finish the Order.
  • Communication: The Customer can communicate directly with the Writer through the Messaging System, located on the specific Order page in their personal account. This system functions like email and is a secure way for Customers to communicate. For Support Staff assistance, the Customer may use Online Chat, Phone, or Email.
  • Progress Tracking: The Customer can monitor their Order status by visiting their personal account. The Customer may also reach out to the Writer using the previously mentioned communication methods.
  • Order Delivery: The Company is responsible for delivering the Order as requested by the Customer. If more time is needed to complete the Order, the Support Staff will contact the Customer to request an extension. This delay may be due to the task’s complexity. The Customer is required to download the completed Order in a timely manner, and the Company is not liable for any technical issues on the Customer’s side that may prevent a timely download.

Order Revision

  • The Customer will not incur any charges for a reasonable Revision request if it is made within 14 days of the Order Delivery. After this period, the Customer will be required to pay an additional fee.
  • The Customer can submit a Revision request using the ‘Feedback’ form or the ‘Any Improvements Required’ option available in their personal account.
  • A Revision is considered reasonable and free of charge only if the instructions align with the original guidelines. If there is a discrepancy, the Company reserves the right to request additional payment for processing the Revision.
  • The Revision deadline cannot be shorter than the original deadline specified in the Order form.
